Processing time

All orders are made to order and usually prepared within 1–2 business days.

Once ready, packages are dropped off at the postal office the same day.

Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days across Canada after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Orders are primarily shipped with Canada Post.

In rare cases (e.g., postal strikes or operational issues), we may use UPS or another Shopify-supported carrier to avoid delays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is typically $7–$20 within Canada, depending on your location and package size.

We currently ship only within Canada.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If the issue is not resolved, contact us — we will gladly arrange a refund or replacement.

All items are securely packed in protective bubble mailers or boxes to ensure safe delivery.
